The former MOU aimed at furthering implementation of bilateral cooperation, cross-border information sharing and resource integration in science and technology innovation. After friendly negotiation, based on the principle of equality and mutual benefit, Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park and Gav-Yam Advanced Technologies Park would complement each other's strengths in the innovation and entrepreneurship resources integration on both industry and municipal level, and the gathering of scientific and technological innovation elements.
